The Nakoma Attic Conversion is transforming an un-occupiable attic space to habitable area and added square feet to the house. 3 small shed dormers are added to the front of the house originally to add enough head room at the top of the stair but now are providing exterior visual interest along with added natural light to the space.  A large work from home space was added to the back of the house by means of adding a large shed dormer window. There is also a play area and lounge, along with hidden storage behind sliding barn doors throughout.
