The Yuma Addition and Renovations Project includes an addition replacing an existing screen porch, new windows, siding/insulation/sheathing/roof.  Inside the addition is additional living room space, primary bathroom with laundry and a sauna, and attic office space.  The renovations include expanding/redoing the kitchen and opening it up to the dining room, complete refinishing of powder room and upstairs bathroom, refinished and new floors where necessary to all wood, new stairs to lower level and new door cut into the side of the hill to get out from the lower level making it a walk out.  The renovations also include all new site/retaining walls and stone steps to the home.  Final images to come winter 2026
