QBE North America underwent a complete gut and remodel of their two main buildings at their corporate headquarters in Sun Prairie, WI.  The extensive renovation implemented many new design thinking and collaboration spaces, along with open workstations and offices, casual breakout spaces and a large formal board room.  The outdoor space is an extension of the interior where people can meet both formally and casually. The tech bar is currently under construction and is a new way of thinking of the IT space as a genius bar.

I, along with another architect and designer at Potter Lawson Inc, worked with them on the design and construction process of Building 300, a tech bar, and outdoor space.
